Service Fee & Payment Term

With affordable service fee which can be negotiated and depends on the kinds of activities you required me to do, I am looking for an opportunity to have mutual business relationship with every clients. My primary intention is to get my clients a high value of service, grow together, do safe trading, and most of all, fairest corporation ship.

Ethics

Important Notices !!!

1. I am not willing to work for anyone, personal or company dealing with pornographic, illegal drugs, criminal actions, piracies, black market, and any other activities against the law, both Indonesian laws, or Clients' country's law.
   
2. I am not accepting to market or promote, any kinds of pirated products, stolen products, black market products, sex products, adult websites, illegal drugs, and any other products which are against the law, both Indonesian laws, or Clients' country's law.
3. I am not dealing with human exploitation such as human trafficking, sex, and Indonesian labor business.
4. I will not reply to any inquiries related with MLM, money game, money investment, stock exchange investment, insurance, and all kinds activities. All spams, scams would not be entertained.
   
5. I am offering a service business, not to apply the position in your company, therefore I am not willing to submit application letter and curriculum vitae.
6. As VA, I will maintain the highest ethics and honesty in all dealings with clients, colleagues and the general public.
7. As VA, I will not take a project which isn’t in my ability. In this case, I will notify clients and if possible, give recommendation to related service provider.
8. I will hold the strictest of confidence and will not share any information regarding my clients with other parties, or use it for personal gain.
9. I will highly value each client relationship and will not place one client above another.
10. I will not take any projects, tasks, duties related with the following matters

Terms & Conditions

1. Company verification & inspection agent service fee must be paid upward.
   
2. New clients must pay 30% down payment and sign contract agreement before proceeding with jobs.
3. Service fee exclude all expenses incurred on Clients' behalf, such as; phone calls, courier, gifts, cards or souvenirs purchased for Clients' colleagues, mailings, etc. All expenses shall be informed to Clients and agreed by Clients before charging.
4. On-time service fee payment are highly accepted.
5. Both Clients and VA are not tied to each other, both parties may terminate, or discontinue the contract at anytime, with settlement to each other's obligation before.
6. Local client's payment can be made with T/T , while overseas clients can pay with Paypal, and Western Union
7. To serve better, I need clients who can appreciate my service and have ability to pay service right on time.
8. I wouldn't be available to do sales and marketing activities without service fee /and or based on commission scheme only.
